ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS  OF USE 

By using our website for placing an order of purchase of products listed on the website or just accessing/visiting the website (as a guest or a registered user), you agree to abide by our Terms and Conditions and other policies listed on the website.

Also, by purchasing any of our products, you acknowledge that you have carefully read all the Terms and Conditions for Use and other policies mentioned on this website and agree to comply with them. In case you don’t agree to these Terms and Conditions and other policies mentioned on this website, please don’t use this website.

The company reserves the exclusive right to make changes in these Terms and Conditions of Use, Privacy Policy or any other policy, guideline or content given on the website at any time without giving any prior notice. The Company will notify you in writing about the changes and after the changes are made by us on the website you continue to use /browse our website, you automatically agree to accept the changes too.

The Company is not responsible for any loss, damage, expenses or costs (direct or indirect) of any kind incurred or suffered by you due to the product not being delivered within the expected delivery time.

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Carpetbinders Ltd online trading name is Rugs For All we understand that sometimes people like to be able to touch and feel products before buying and that's why we have introduced the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return any item (in its original condition) within 7 days of the date of shipment, for a full refund or exchange - no questions asked! (Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. Simply contact us with your intention to return your rug so we can provide you with the return delivery address. The buyer pays return shipping, and the product must be returned in the original packaging via a courier company together with a tracking number). Please also allow three to five working days for a refund to be processed as this will allow time for the inspection and repacking of the rug returned.

It is important you notify us immediately if you decide the rug is not suitable for your décor

 

DELIVERY PROCESS

The product/products will be delivered by Carpetbinders Ltd nominated courier to the address given by the buyer.

We try our best to dispatch all products within 3 working days but we are not responsible if any product is delivered late to the buyer for any reason. (This time period is the estimated time and must not be regarded as a condition of sale).

Once your order is dispatched you will be notified by us.

 

MANUFACTURE FAULT RETURNS

All rugs received with a manufacturing fault will be happily exchanged or refunded in full. To qualify for a manufacture fault return, simply email us on sales@rugforall.nz with a description of the fault and a clear photo of the fault. If Carpetbinders Ltd online trading name is Rugs For All agrees the fault is valid, we will gladly give you the option of an exchange of the same rug or a full refund. Please note that manufacture faults must be claimed within 7 days of receiving the rug.

                                                                                                

FREE SHIPPING NEW ZEALAND WIDE

We can ship our rugs and accessories to virtually any address in New Zealand and offer set fee delivery price for in the South Island is $15.00  per item and North Island will have a $30.00 per item delivery fee.

Christchurch surrounding immediate districts is free delivery.

Please note that for the coarse woollen yarn purchases the courier fee is calculated after the purchase is made and the most cost-effective option is selected in discussion with you for transportation.

Once you have made your purchase and selected the freight fee that applies. We normally process all orders and dispatch within two to three working days. Please note if an order is cancelled whilst in transit with the courier company, we will need the rug returned back to us before we process any refund. If a rug sometimes becomes unavailable due to being out of stock, we can place the rug on backorder if the customer wishes to do so. If this is the case we provide the customer with an approximate e.t.a. of the rug which is also subject to change due to changes beyond our control. If this happens and the customer no longer wants to wait for the rug we are more than happy to provide a full refund back to the customer. During our busier periods, we can sometimes experience a slight delay in dispatching due to the high volume of orders. Please note deliveries will vary from 2 to 5 working days depending on location.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF NEW ZEALAND

Currently, Carpetbinders Ltd online trading name is Rugs For All does not ship outside of New Zealand.
